This privacy policy (hereinafter – the Policy) contains information about how your personal data, which you may provide on the website www.dojusgroup.lt (hereinafter – the Website), on social media accounts, by contacting us by email, by telephone or by contacting us directly at our registered office address, will be collected and processed,

1. For what purposes and what personal data do we process?

CONTRACTING AND SERVICE PROVISION

Your personal data (name, surname, telephone number, postal code or e-mail, information about your needs, payment details for goods/services (bank account number, payment method, etc.), purchase history (goods and/or services purchased), price of the goods and/or services, delivery address, and any other data necessary for entering into a contract and performance of the contract) will be processed for the purpose of entering into a contract for the purchase of goods, provision of services or other contract, as well as for the provision of services and risk assessment of debtors.

The use of GPR-enabled devices provided by us will also result in the collection and processing of your data (in which case we will provide information on the processing of data separately).

Legal basis: (i) performance of a contract; (ii) compliance with a legal obligation; (iii) legitimate interest of the Data Controller (debt recovery, risk management).

COMMUNICATION AND INFORMATION

We will process your personal data (name, surname, contact details, questions and other information you provide) in order to answer your questions and provide you with information. We receive this data when you ask questions using the form on this website, fill in the registration form, make requests and comments via social media accounts, participate in surveys, and when you call us to provide information during a conversation.

DIRECT MARKETING

We will process your personal data (name, surname, type of farm/business, size of farm, email address, telephone number, address, information about news of interest to you) in order to inform you about the goods and services we and our partners distribute and to provide other relevant information. You will receive marketing from us if you subscribe to our newsletter or other communications. Also, if you fill in questionnaires provided by us when attending events organised by us. Existing customers may also receive marketing communications about similar goods and services from UAB ‘DOJUS agro’ Lithuanian branch.

Your data for marketing purposes will be processed by the Lithuanian branch of UAB ‘DOJUS agro’ Lithuanian branch acting as the data controller, which will process your data in accordance with this Policy.

You will be asked for your separate consent to receive direct marketing offers from our business partners.

VIDEO SURVEILLANCE

We use CCTV cameras on our premises and in the area we manage. The purpose of such surveillance is to protect our employees, customers, other persons and property, to prevent crime and to identify offenders. You will be informed about video surveillance by means of warning signs at the entrances to the areas and premises being filmed.

SELECTION OF CANDIDATES

We will process your personal data (name, surname, date of birth, telephone number, email address, city, education, work experience, driving licence details, preferred position, references, test scores, grades, qualifications, professional skills, personal qualities and any other information you provide) for the purposes of recruitment. When applying for positions, please do not provide superfluous information that is not required. You will be provided with additional detailed information about the processing of personal data during the selection process.

Legal basis: (i) the legitimate interest of the Data Controller (selecting candidates for vacant positions), (ii) the conclusion of an employment contract, (iii) your consent to the retention of your data after the end of the selection process.

DEFENDING RIGHTS AND INTERESTS

In order to protect our legitimate interests and rights, to respond to claims or claims made against us, as well as when making such claims ourselves, we may process your data relating to the contracts entered into, the performance of contracts, the services provided and other data provided for in this Policy.

  • Responsibly selected business partners DPD Lietuva, Synergy Effect, E-lab, SMS marketing, Mailerlite.lt, Deere&Company, Softera, Go ERP, Lietuvos paštas.
  • To other parties where required to do so by law or as necessary to protect our legitimate interests.

3. Data transfers to third countries

In certain situations, we may need to transfer your personal data to countries outside the European Union/European Economic Area, which may have a lower level of data protection policy. In such cases, we will do our utmost to ensure the security of the personal data transferred.

When transferring personal data to third countries, we will rely on:

  • With your explicit consent;
  • Contract (e.g. to order goods from the manufacturer, to apply a quality guarantee to goods, to advise on the manufacturer’s products, parts and services);

We have put in place reasonable and appropriate physical and technical measures to protect the information we collect for the purposes of providing content/services, but we remind you that while we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no website, online transaction, computer system or wireless connection is completely secure.

You have and can exercise the following data subject rights:

  • Request the Data Controller to restrict the processing of personal data on one of the legitimate grounds (right to restrict data processing);

  • To object at any time to the processing of your personal data where such processing is carried out in the public interest or where the processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the Data Controller or a third party (right to object to data processing);
